Sunday - 12/5/10 - Hill Repeats - Too Easy or Good Call?



Ready for the Hills?

I hope Coach Patrick doesn't read this post, but man, I think he's going easy on us this season!  :o)  He only made us go up Mt. Eden 4 times today, the same as last week.  He adds 1 time up each time we meet.  But not this morning.  The guy must be dating mother nature though!  As soon as we got back to the parking lot after the 4th hill repeat, it started pouring rain!  Good call coach, that's why you're the boss!  :o)
Good workout today and great to get a ride in with no rain!
